Second Session 5781 – Camp Gan Israel

FIRST DAY!

We got off to a great start! The busses 🚌 pulled in, and the campers jumped straight into action. Right away we loosened up with some Sports🏈 ⚾️ . Then the campers met their bunks and counselors. We davened, ate and headed to bed ! Looking forward to an amazing summer!!

SECOND DAY!

Great start to machane gan yisroel! The campers enjoyed a typical day in gan yisroel! Davening, sports🏈 ⚾️ , learning class 📚! We had a great night activity! We ended off the night with bunk farbrengens!

FIRST TRIP!

What an amazing day in gan yisroel! ICE SKATING ⛸ !!!! Everyone enjoyed a few hours on the rink, followed by an amazing lunch 🥪 in a park! Then we headed back to camp, had a learning class, davened, and ended off the day with an amazing night activity!

FIRST SHABBOS!

A gut voch! Wow, what a smashing 1st shabos of the 2nd session! From the davening, to the learning , all the way to the farbrengens! Looking forward to another amazing week in gan yisroel!!

TANYA DAY!

Today we printed 🖨️ a Tanya 📖 for the very first time in Tustin, MI!! After the Tanya printing we enjoyed an amazing carnival 🤡 🎈 and inflatables !!!

SPORTS!

Today we had a grand sports 🏈⚾ league launch!!!! Later in the day each learning class wrote pani"m to send with the representatives going to NY for Chof Av! We ended off the day with an amazing string hunt🧶 by night activity! Looking forward for another action packed day tomorrow!!!!

BEVOUAC!

Bivouac!!! Wow what an amazing day we had! The older division went rafting 🛶, While the younger division went bowling 🎳! We all met up at the campgrounds ⛺️, and set up shop for the night! We had a delicious bbq 🌭! We lit the bonfire 🔥! Sang camp songs 🎶! Heard stories 👂! And headed to bed!

CHOF AV!

Today we sent off our representatives going to the Rebbe for Chof Av! We had a grand Chof Av rally. The campers who were here for the first session joined via zoom! We said the 12 pesukim, watched a video of the rebbe , answered questions on the sicha , and everyone enrtered a grand raffle on special prizes!

CHOF AV 2!

Special for Chof Av, we had bunk farbrengens, the “talmid hashevua” of each learning class was anounced ! We heard a story from our representative and birthday boy 🎉 who went to the Rebbe for Chof Av! This is all besides for the regular amazing day in gan yisroel, sports 🏈 sports ⚽️, davenings, learning class and so much more!

SHABBOS IN GAN YISROEL!

Wow! What a shabbos it was in gan yisroel! 🎶”The farbrengens we had, the hachlotos we made, the songs that we sang in my heart will always remain”🎶 On motzei shabbos we had a grand Chosidel event, where we had raffles, pizza, and so much more!!

TALENT NIGHT!

Another day in machane gan yisroel! Sports 🏀 ⚾️,learning class 📚 davenings 📖, and so much more!! Ending off the amazing day with a special night activity, TALENT NIGHT!!

HIKE DAY!

Today all the bunks split up and went hiking🥾on one of our beautiful trails🏞! We each stopped at a scenic view, and made a bbq and a bonfire 🔥! We ended the day with a special night activity “capture the flag” 🚩!

COLOR RUN!

Today we had a grand color run 🎨 🏃!!! Obviously besides for the most amazing typical day in gan yisroel, with learning 📚, davening📖,sports 🏀 🏈, and so much more!! Ending off the day with “fee fi fo fom” by night activity!!

MOSHIACH WAR!

Another exiting day in Machane Gan Yisroel - at the end of The day we broke out “Moshiach War”!!! All the campers were announced on which team they were as well as the generals and we ended off with the team skits!

MOSHIACH WAR DAY 2!

Wow what an amazing moshiach war it was!! The chayus was out of this world 🌎! From the plays, songs, skits, ending off with the most amazing grand scene, leading us into shabos!!

WINNER ANNOUNCED!

This morning all the “shabbos campers” went on a bowling trip 🎳! Later in the day the color war winners were announced, mazzel tov to team lilmod on their victory! We ended off the most amazing typical day in gan yisroel, with an amazing night activity, JUDGMENT NIGHT!!

Wow what a great day yesterday! All the campers enjoyed a grand staff play!!

GRAND TRIP 1!

We started the day early and got to our first stop of the day, where we went bumper boating, go kart 🏎 , and mini golf ⛳️ !

Next we stopped for a quick lunch 🥪 in a nearby park!

We ended off with the most gran water park!

BONFIRE!

Yesterday we had the older division playoffs and the younger division championship game 🏆! Some learning classes took part of yesterdays hanochos program, where they watched and jotted down notes📝 on the sicha! We ended off the night with a camp bonfire 🔥, where we sang songs, and farbrenged!

LAST SHABBOS!

On friday we had the championship game ⚾️! We spent the last shabbos in gan yisroel together, farbrenging, singing, and taking hachlotos to keep with us throughout the year!

LAST DAY!

We had a grand Gan Yisroel Year Round launching ceremony, where the campers heard about the upcoming program! Rc, Chosidel, learning class, and mishnayos baal peh awards were all given out! All the campers recieved their very own tanya which was printed in camp!
